TAP is designed to support changeable processes. Needless to say, this requires you to be a skilled superuser, but you don’t have to be a programmer.
You will make lots of headway with TAP’s tools and functionality, but we cannot confidently assert that we can support complex aspects without knowing whether we’re at liberty to add or adapt – because there will obviously be demands we haven’t seen before.
Sometimes an add-on will be a simple development task, but other times it may make more sense to replace components. This is why TAP is structured as loosely interconnected modules. We have a form-based solution but it is integrated via a standardised API which enables us to attach your solution instead. We have a self-service portal and a reporting solution, or we can easily integrate TAP into your portal or data warehouse solution.
We build and base everything on Microsoft’s latest technologies, to keep us continuously at the forefront and avoid lagging technically behind. Even today, TAP is geared to large transaction volumes and high operational reliability requirements, but we also know that the high scalability requirements of the future will take us to cloud environments, where scalability and flexibility are exponential.
