The concept of "corporate governance" is usually taken to mean the regulations and structure established to lead and manage a public limited company in an efficient and controlled manner.
Formpipe Software AB is a Swedish public limited company with its head office in Stockholm. The company share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The management, leadership and control of Formpipe is divided between the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the company, the CEO, Swedish limited company legislation, the applicable articles of association, and the Swedish code for corporate governance. Formpipe has applied this code since 1 July 2008
