Who are Secion?

Secion was started in 2004 and from the beginning have been committed to Lasernet. We were the first ones to use Lasernet in the German market and thoughout this time we have built a strong relationship with the Formpipe Team.

From 2010 onwards we started using Lasernet in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 and in 2015 with D365FO. Later we successfully introduced Lasernet to the Dynamics Partner landscape together with Formpipe.  

Based on decades of experience, with more than 250 successfully delivered projects, we have developed a comprehensive method to ensure successful Output Management projects for our customers. It all starts with the first contact to understand the customer needs. From here we develop a priority-oriented timetable for customers goals, then configure Dynamics and Lasernet, before adapting Lasernet to the customers architecture. We then deliver forms and workflow based on our predefined templates, support the customer when testing processes and output. Next we start a Hypercare phase after the Go-Live, supporting the customer during their daily business and ensuring a smooth running system.

We also provide technical training, which means customers can undertake their own form design or in collaboration with us.

At Secion we have all the knowledge required to achieve any customer goal; no matter how niche or complex. For us it is just business as usual! We even can develop Lasernet addon modules if required by our customers to ensure all their needs are met.
