Municipality of Esbjerg

After just the first month with Adoxa by Formpipe, Esbjerg Municipality experienced a noticeable improvement in the organization's data quality. The system helps employees proactively enhance their data quality and ensure that no sensitive personal information is leaked.

The Municipality of Esbjerg purchased Adoxa as there was a greater emphasis on improving data quality within the municipality. The Municipality of Esbjerg wanted to ensure that staff, management and citizens could fundamentally trust that data would be controlled both now and in the future.

“It was completely obvious that we had to enhance data quality so that we would be in a better position from which to share data with the general public. We want secure, valid data that underpins and enhances trust in our case management procedures,” says Henriette Spang Sørensen, ESDH consultant for the Municipality of Esbjerg.

“Adoxa was the obvious tool for enhancing data quality across the entire organisation,” she continues. “The biggest benefit of the system as far as we are concerned is that it does not just work on our ESDH system, but in the long-term, it can be linked to our shared drives and in fact, to all other specialist systems as well.

And an additional benefit of the system and our focused data quality work is that it will place us in a far better position for dealing with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).”

We are deriving far more benefit from the system, while at the same time we have also gained a completely unique insight into our processes and procedures that we can certainly use in the future.”

Achieving results – together
