This code of conduct is adopted by Formpipe’s board and describes our values in environmental, social and financial sustainability.
We expect our suppliers to agree with our values and actively work to ensure they are adhered to internally as well as with their suppliers.
Our suppliers must comply with the laws and regulations that are relevant to their operations.
The supplier is expected to:
Business Ethics
Our suppliers must conduct their business according to good business ethics and not accept any form of corruption, giving or receiving bribes, money laundering or unauthorised restriction of competition. Giving and receiving gifts and benefits must be done openly, with moderation and have a natural connection to the business relationship.
Information Management
Confidential information relating to Formpipe, or our customers may only be used for the purpose for which the information is intended.
Human Rights
Our suppliers must support internationally declared human rights and treat their employees and suppliers fairly and equally. The suppliers must have routines to prevent, detect and deal with violations of human rights.
Discrimination / Inappropriate Behaviour
Discrimination, regardless of the basis, must not occur in recruitment, salary setting, training, promotion or dismissal. Our suppliers must also ensure that harassment, bullying, threats, oppression or other offensive discrimination does not occur.
Freedom of Association
Our suppliers must respect employees’ rights to join unions and their ability to bargain collectively without fear of retribution.
Terms of Employment
Those who work for the supplier under employment-type conditions must also be treated in accordance with the above principles.
Forced Labour
All work must be done on a voluntary basis. No form of forced labour or work linked to any form of threat or punishment is permitted.
Child Labour
Child labour must not occur. If there is no national law against child labour in the country where the activity is conducted, no one under the age of 15 may be employed.
Work Environment and Safety
Our suppliers are responsible for ensuring that the working environment at their workplace is safe and healthy. The suppliers must work systematically and preventively to constantly improve the employees’ working environment and health. Any incidents and accidents must be reported and investigated so that preventive measures can be taken. If incidents / accidents occur during work for Formpipe, they must be reported immediately to Formpipe’s CEO.
Everyone who works on behalf of the supplier must be regularly informed and trained in the work environment so that everyone can perform their work in a safe and healthy way.
The employees must be informed about the risks that the work may entail and about safety routines. The supplier must ensure that alcohol and drugs are not used during working hours. The supplier is also responsible for ensuring that the employees, regardless of the form of employment or contract, are covered by accident insurance.
Compliance and Follow-up
By signing the code of conduct, the supplier gives their consent to checks for compliance with the code. Control can be carried out by Formpipe or by a third party. If anyone suspects that there are deviations from the code of conduct, this must be reported to the CEO. Anyone who reports deviations has the option of being anonymous. If a supplier deviates from the code of conduct and if improvements do not take place within the agreed time, the business co-operation can be terminated.
