Formpipe receives order from three Swedish municipalities worth SEK 4 million

Formpipe receives an order on the ECM product Platina from three Swedish municipalities. The total order value amounts to SEK 4 million.

“We see more and more cross-municipal collaboration around our products. Smaller municipalities have the same needs as the larger for digitizing its operations, in order to streamline and to meet the increasing demands for citizen services. The smaller municipalities however often lack both staff and financial resources to carry out ambitious digitization projects.  By joining forces these municipalities receive benefits in, for example, joint operation of their solutions, common procurement and coordinated implementation projects. For us as a supplier, the business value is increasing and we can offer even small communities the same advanced IT solutions that otherwise is only attainable for larger municipalities” says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.

Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 2.2 million are recorded in second quarter of 2015, while associated revenue will be allocated throughout the contract period.
