The Danish Health and Medicines Authority and Formpipe signs contract regarding Digital Post

Formpipe signs an agreement with the Danish Health and Medicines Authority regarding the new product, Digital Post by Formpipe. The contract regards the delivery of a solution for distribution of digital post, a solution that will cover the need from all the systems in the authority.

A seamless integration between the Authority’s systems means that the users do not have to change their work routines. Formpipe’s solution automatically checks whether recipients will be able to receive digital post or not and adjusts the distribution form thereafter. The new solution combines Formpipe’s extensive experience in solutions for output management, document management and case management.

– We actively work with cross-selling regarding our various products. Digital Post by Formpipe is a good example in which the combination of TAS and Lasernet makes it possible to create added value for our customers. Now we can easily and efficiently assist the public sector in Denmark to implement digital post and we see a strong potential in the product, says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.

From 1 November 2014 all citizens of Denmark, who is over 15 years and have a social security number, will be able to receive digital post from the Authorities. Digital post means that information previously supplied as physical letters from municipalities, regions or authorities now can be delivered digitally.
