Frans Flodin’s story is truly special. He started his journey with Formpipe on the other side of the table, as an employee in a municipality where he was a satisfied user of our case management system W3D3.
Little did he know that this would be the beginning of an exciting career at Formpipe. Today, Frans is one of our dedicated service managers, and his story exemplifies how closely a supplier and customer can work together.
Frans’ journey not only highlights his career development but also Formpipe's culture, which consistently focuses on customer contact and contributing to positive social development.
A Dynamic Role with Customer Interaction
As a service manager at Formpipe, Frans holds a central role. He builds strong relationships with our customers and ensures they get the maximum benefit from the W3D3 system. His role is a blend of proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and ongoing communication.
"No two days are the same," Frans explains. "We have a broad customer base with organizations of all sizes and diverse needs. It requires me to be flexible and adaptable, but also to have a deep understanding of both our product and the customer's perspective and needs."
Frans has gained his understanding of both the customer and Formpipe through his unique background. As a long-time Formpipe customer, he has experienced the W3D3 system up close and knows the system from a user perspective. This experience provides him with invaluable insights into the challenges and questions that customers may have, making him an even more effective and empathetic service manager.
A Job with Meaning
For Frans, the most important thing is knowing that his work makes a real difference for people and society. In addition to the dynamic work and strong customer focus, Frans highlights how he and his colleagues at Formpipe work to contribute to positive social development.
"Knowing that our digital solutions make a real difference in the public sector is an incredible motivator," says Frans. "We see how W3D3 streamlines processes, improves communication, and creates a more transparent and service-oriented public administration. It’s truly enjoyable to be part of something so meaningful."
Continuous Learning and Development
Frans describes Formpipe as a workplace with a strong learning and development culture. He appreciates the many opportunities for further development, such as courses, workshops, and conferences, as well as collaborating with colleagues from different departments and areas of expertise.
"There is always something new to learn at Formpipe," says Frans. "It’s a dynamic and innovative environment where you are constantly challenged and encouraged to grow. I look forward to continuing my journey here and contributing to making Formpipe an even better workplace and provider of digital solutions to the public sector."
