2024: The beginning of a new chapter!

The new year brings exciting news!

On January 1, 2024, we initiated a significant organizational change with the ambition to strengthen our market position. This entails the consolidation of two of our business areas, the Swedish and Danish public sectors, into a unified entity named Formpipe Public Nordic.

Visionary leadership

"I intend to lead Formpipe into a new phase of growth. I see great advantages in one organization for our business that target the public sector. The business logic is the same across the national borders. The merger creates clarity and focus.

We have a strong market position in both Denmark and Sweden. When we join forces, we can free up resources for customer dialogue, innovation and development.

We will consolidate our leading market position in our areas of expertise. It will benefit our customers and their needs", says Magnus Svenningson, CEO Formpipe.

Thomas à Porta, formerly the Business Area Manager for Public Sector Denmark, has been appointed as the Executive Vice President for the new combined business area, Public Nordic. Thomas brings extensive experience from leadership positions in the IT industry and has been with Formpipe since 2012.

Michael Rogers, who has been the acting leader of the Private Sector business area since April, is now appointed as the Executive Vice President for the Private Sector with a clear mission to expand Lasernet globally. Michael has over 20 years of commercial experience with Formpipe's products and has been with the company since 2015.

Our segments

Starting on January 1, 2024, Formpipe introduces a new segment reporting. The company's segments are organized based on the specific customer groups they serve:

• Public Sector Segment: Our Public Sector business area serves customers in the public sector in the Nordic region. 

• Private Sector Segment: Our Private Sector business area includes the company's offerings targeting customers outside the public sector and not tied to a specific geographic market.
